I'm back at it! Having completely deconditioned myself over the past two years of no running and having gained about 25 miserable pounds, I decided that I had to start over again from the beginning. So here I am. I'm using an app on an iPhone this time, instead of a track on my iPod, but I'm running on the same roads in the same location.
